Summit Starts November 4!

 

FIVE DAYS LEFT UNTIL THE SUMMIT BEGINS!!!

We are diligently working on the final details for the 2019 Summit. We would like to extend our warm gratitude to each and every person who has sponsored, registered or even passed the word along to their friends to sign up and attend! We have a great summit planned including incredible networking events and interactive sessions to make your experience in the ATX memorable!

Here are some helpful TIPS for you:

1. Please note the bus schedule! Buses will be leaving promptly on the following days from the HOTEL VAN ZANDT and THE HOTEL INDIGO in downtown Austin:

Monday 6pm
Tuesday 7:30am
Wednesday 7:30am

A gentle reminder: There is NO BUS SERVICE Wednesday evening from the evening event back to the hotels or Thursday at all. However, we will be downtown and it is a quick UBER ride.

2. If you are NOT staying at one of the bus stops, you need to get there by the time the bus departs. It is imperative that you are at the bus on time. The bus will not return to get you and the locations are a costly UBER ride from downtown.

3. Our technology sponsor - Theatre Toolkit - has created an amazing Summit App. Below are the links to download it. We will be using this to push information out to you during the Summit.

4. The premise of the summit is to Gather, Collaborate and Inspire. Your job is to participate! If you have specific questions you want addressed feel free to email any questions you have to contact@dineincinemasummit.com. This is YOUR Summit.

5. There is a significant amount of information on our website. if you have not bookmarked it already, now is the time! www.dineincinemasummit.com.

6. If you are attending the Monday night event, you will receive your name badge at the event. If we see you for the first time on Tuesday morning, you will pick up your name badge at the Tuesday morning stop at Flix Brewhouse. Stadium swag bags will be given out on Tuesday. Your badge will need to be worn at all Dine In Cinema Summit events.

7. You will be fed meals and beverages while you are at the Summit (Monday - dinner, Tuesday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, Wednesday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, Thursday- breakfast). We look forward to showing you some of our Texas flair.
