We look forward to seeing you in Austin. Here are a few tips that will make your registration seamless and we do not have to bombard you with emails asking questions. That is not productive for anyone:) As always, our goal remains to create a forum for decisions makers to gather, collaborate and inspire one another. This will not change for our stupendous sixth year.

Exhibitor (Theaters, FEC's, CEC's, Venue Operators)

  1. Each company may bring TWO DECISION MAKERS to the Summit. After you have registered two decision makers, if you feel you would like to have more decision makers present, contact us and we will happily add your requests to the waitlist. Waitlist will go in order of requests. After January 20, 2024, if exhibitor spots are available, you will be sent an email to register. If you choose to pass on that request on the date it is sent out, we will move down the waitlist. If you see companies at the Summit with more than two representatives, they either paid a lot to be a sponsor (and off set the exhibitors fee) or won the waitlist lottery and you should probably go with them to Vegas.
  2. We have learned a lot over the past five years while curating this Summit. As we enter our next five years, we will be charging a nominal fee to all attendees as you will see. We understand this is not how we have rolled in the past, however, to ensure you are receiving the best experience possible, we need to cover our costs, just like you do in your business. If after you register, you are unable to attend, and if we are able to give your spot to a waitlisted guest, you will receive a refund. If we are not able to fill your spot, we will not be able to refund your money.
  3. Each registrant needs to fill out the registration form in its entirety as well as pay the registration fee to be considered a full registrant. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us. Everyone MUST register regardless of status.
  4. The integrity of our Summit it to have everyone present at all events. That is how we are different. However, if you are only able to attend for one day, contact us. Don't worry, the fee still applies if you attend all days or a portion of the conference. This is not a guarantee option, but as always we will do our best to accommodate.

  4. If you are a sponsor and receive complimentary registrations because of the amount you are sponsoring, you must email Amy directly. It is extremely important to not assume anything regarding if you are registered. You will receive a separate link for registration. Any sponsor registrations not claimed by January 20,2024 will be released into the waitlist pool. Every one attending the Summit must register regardless of status. Your spots will not be held on forever like an Eagles song. They even are doing the LONG GOODBYE right now.
