Welcome to the Eighth Annual Dine In Cinema +FEC Summit!

As we approach our eighth year, we would like to update you on our policies effective May 1,2025. If you are a new sponsor, welcome to the DICS family. If you are a veteran sponsor, welcome back DICS friends. This year you will be able to decide which of the DICS you want to be: Dynamic. Innovative, Charismatic, or Stupendous.

Why are the new policies? After every Summit, we listen to our sponsors and attendees. We listen to the positive comments as well as the constructive criticisms. We take each comment to heart and work through the best way to implement it into our event. As we mentioned during our very first Summit, and all years since, we do this as a service to the industry. The sponsors are the heartbeat of this event. We know this, we understand this and we appreciate their participation beyond words. 

 

  • VETERAN VENDORS: All vendors must be sponsors of the event. You will receive the number of full access Summit badges depending on the sponsorship level you have selected. Hey 
  • NEW VENDORS: Because we understand the importance of not only our veteran vendor sponsors, we also understand the importance of new vendors who have not had the opportunity to attend the Summit. We will allow a first time vendor to attend without being a sponsor for one time at a rate of $895 per registration with a maximum of two registrations per company. This will allow a vendor to experience and understand our event. If a vendor wishes to attend a second year, the vendor will need to commit to a sponsorship level. All vendors need to be sponsored by either a fellow vendor or an exhibitor/venue. 
  • ATTENDANCE LIST: All sponsors will receive a comprehensive list of attendees after the event. Although we cannot control what you do with it, we strongly request you do not pass it on to other people.
  • OFF SITE MEETINGS: The spirit of this event is to keep everyone together allowing sponsors and exhibitors/venues to have the ability to network with one another at all of the Summit events. When a vendor “kidnaps” an exhibitor/client, the other sponsors miss the opportunity to network (and boy, do we hear about it). Please conserve the spirit of this event by adhering to this request. There are plenty of opportunities to meet in the morning, during the day in location lobbies or on Thursday evening when we do not have a Summit sanctioned event. 
  • WALK UPS: We will not be taking walk up registrations for the event. It is not fair to our waitlist registrants when they hear that someone “got in” when they were told no. 
  • BADGE SCANNING: We will be scanning each badge upon arrival to each event at the door. One scan per event only.
  • SPONSORSHIP SHARING: Any sponsorship level over $6000 may be shared with the minimum fee being $3000. All sponsorships sharing fees must be paid at the same time in full. If you are desiring to share a sponsorship, you must contact Amy for approval. The full access badges will be assigned according to the chart below. 
  • REPEATING SPONSORS: All sponsorship items/events will be on a FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE basis. We never assume a repeated sponsor is a guarantee each year (it would be nice if that were the case). If there is an “item or event” that you want to sponsor, it is suggested you secure it as soon as possible. We are not able to have “holds” on items/event sponsorships. 
  • SPONSORSHIP PAYMENTS: All sponsorships are confirmed when payment is received and processed.
