THE RULES:
TEAMS: A team will consist of a max total of FOUR people.
NEED A TEAM: If you are registering solo, we will find a group for you to be a part of. We are not liable for any complaints about you being placed with what you perceive as a bedwetter. If you are concerned about this, be in control of your own destiny and find three people you want to hang with. If not, you are leaving the power up to the Gods. May the odds forever be in your favor.
REFUND POLICY: In the case of inclement weather as determined by the golf course (i.e. rain, ice, snow, flooding or weather they can’t handle in Dallas), the golf course will reach out to Amy to cancel. Your money will be refunded in this case. If you choose to bail, your money will not be refunded.
NOT A GOLFER: If you are not a golfer, you may be a golf socialite. This allows you to be a driver or be a passenger princess on a golf cart. It is the same price to golf or be a socialite. You need to dress the part of a golfer regardless of your “athletic-ness” on the course.
FEES: The cost per person (regardless of your status) is $160. per person. This includes: individually wrapped breakfast tacos (sausage, bacon or vegetarian) with non alcoholic beverages to start your day off, 4 drink tickets during golf play (domestic and imported beers or non alcoholic beverages), 18 hole round of golf green fees, cart fee, practice balls, tax and gratuities. We have 24 tee times (6 teams of 4) starting at 8:00am. Additional tee times are based on availability.
CLUB RENTAL: Every golfer is required to have their own golf clubs. Club rental is available at $75 per set. All rentals must be reserved by August 10,2026. There is limited availability of club rentals.
PACE OF PLAY: The required pace of play is 4 hours and 30 minutes. The golf course reserves the right to move your group into a position of players begin to fall behind. No need to be snarky when if you are told to skip a hole. Take no longer than 3 minutes to search for your balls (a life lesson everyone should embrace).
DRESS CODE: Appropriate dress is required of all attendees. Collared shirt and soft spikes. Prohibited Attire: Metal spikes, Denim, Cargo Shorts and Flip Flops.
TRANSPORTATION: The golf course is and is an 8 minute drive (2.6 miles away) from the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Conference Center. You might consider gathering your team and getting an Uber to share the fee.
LUNCH: Lunch (only breakfast) is not included in the price of golfing, however, as golfers on the day of the event, you are able to have lunch in the dining room at the club.
